Common Issues
Asimov does not find relevant information
- Check data source connections: Ensure your repositories and integrations are properly connected in
Settings > Data Sources - Verify permissions: Make sure Asimov has access to the repositories and channels you are asking about
- Be specific in your queries: Include relevant context and avoid ambiguous terms
Responses seem outdated
- Check sync status: Review the last sync time for your data sources in
Settings > Data Sources - Recent changes: New commits and conversations may take a few minutes to be indexed
Integration problems
- GitHub: Verify repository permissions and that the integration is active
- Teams chat: Check that the bot has been added to relevant channels
